I’ve learned so much just by picking up the phone and asking for meetings. I treat each day like a mini test and aim for 100+ cold calls. The amount you learn from this is staggering.
If you want to know whether you’re moving in the right direction, the only way is to speak directly to the people who buy your product. Over time you can tweak and adjust until, hopefully, you’re right where you need to be.
Cold calling has been the best method for me. I can have 10+ real conversations a day. You’d struggle to get that with email or other outreach methods.
Keep testing. And if you want speed, make calls.
